Currently, I am being involved in Android Development since a year.
Let me clear the agenda of this article:
Before starting to develop application, we needs to have MockUp or Wireframe designs for the Android Application which we are going to develop.
I know there is a DroidDraw tool (DroidDraw: User Interface (UI) designer/editor for programming the Android Cell Phone Platform), but i think it is not the exact way to prepare Mockup for the android application.
After been long search, i found one site which is having a list of tools for the Android GUI Prototyping tools, icons, wireframe design for Android, Android Phone GUI Kit (PSD), Stencil set for Google Android prototyping.

Since more than one and half years, i am using Balsamiq tool for preparing prototype/mockup design for Android apps.
