Young IT Achiever Award

There were multiple points considered while deciding this award to me.

One point was my contribution towards android community and society. It’s almost 5 years, I have been playing with Android development. Along with the job, I am also managing Google Developers Group Ahmedabad which has played a great role in getting multiple opportunities and getting couple of achievements. With the passion of delivering android talks and conducting workshops, I have been able to be at many GDGs and multiple cities of India for conducting android workshops and for delivering android talks. You may consider it as #GDGPower 😀

My Stackoverflow contribution was highlighted too 🙂 Another main point was highlighted is my presence at international events like Android Developer Days and Colombo Institute.

While on the stage, I was asked to share my experience and what I shared is, I have got invitations twice from Google for attending Google I/O and unfortunately failed to make it due to visa rejection. Also shared about the Google Developers Expert (GDE) program and opportunity shared by Google and again failed to make it twice! No worries, will be at Google I/O one day and will be GDE too.

Many thanks to Computer society of India and Ahmedabad university for recognizing me for this award. It means a lot.
