Today I am not going to write any technical articles. But i would like to discuss about my gift which I got from Mr. Abhishek Desai on behalf of Digicorp Information systems pvt. Ltd.

Digicorp has initiated to give books/gifts to the employees whoever completes their anniversary at Digicorp. As i have completed 1st year at Digicorp, i have received a book “Linchpin” (With the title “You are the Linchpin of Digicorp”), i am sure Abhishek sir has selected this book for me.

I have read initial 4-5 pages and I have enjoyed, I am sure i will read it for at least once and share my experience with you. I am sure this book is going to be enjoyable.

Now let me share few words about this book:
Title: LINCHPIN
SubTitle: Are You Indispensable? How to drive your career and create a remarkable future.
Author: SETH GODIN.

Now, As SETH GODIN sir has mentioned about LinchPins in short(I have directly turned out the last page to read about SETH GODIN sir and about book in summary.)

LINCHPIN:

There used to be two teams in every workplace: management and labour. Now there’s a third team: the linchpins. These people invent, lead(regardless of title), connect others, make things happen, and create order out of chaos. They figure out what to do when there’s no rule book.

They love their work and pour their best selves into it. Linchpins are the essential building blocks of great organizations. And in today’s world, they get the best jobs and the most freedom.

Thank you Abhishek sir and Digicorp for giving me a such great book and Thank you Sir Seth Godin for writing such amazing book.

Note: I am not connected with Sir SETH GODIN and here my meaning is not to steal any publicity or content of the book, i have just shared my experience about this book as i have received as a gift.
